For me, it's not clear which level is "this" after an enumeration of four
levels.

Whichever level is meant, there is the level of numerical facts which is
not included in the enumeration.

Let me point out (again) that the symbols were developed for the reason of
being able to distinguish fact and phantasy.

It is best to stick with the facts. The facts are that
1. Human neurology treats relationships that indicate a belonging-to
differently to relationships that indicate a not-belonging-to
2. The collection of relations and the objects that incorporate the
relations are together the Whole
3. What we call "objects" and "relations" are but different degrees of
certainty
4. There is a cross-reference in the symbol set between the realized
(certain) and the potential
5. Two different realizations of belonging together are offered as
definition of the concept and extent of the Unit of information.

We are not lost at all, we have not lost our way in the dark. Presently,
the learned friends have no orientation and believe themselves to have run
out of concepts and good ideas.

After a refreshing sleep and the honest insight that Rhetoric brings you
only so far, if you don't have the numbers on your side, the learned
friends will turn again to the basis and ask what the numbers say.

There is no way around being reasonable if one wants to understand Nature.

Repent and reorder 12 books on your table from author - title into title -
author. Watch the cycles and share their numbers with the other learned
friends.

Time for a resurgence. If you want to understand the order concept nature
uses, go and sort. Find out what it means to be ordered and predictable,
specifically in 3 turns, with 1 of 4 on the sequenced places of the turns.

After the lamenting of not going anywhere in the current cul-de-sac will
have finished, the idea will return that Nature in her grace does regulate
business in the form of 3 sequenced turns, each turn having 1 of 4 logical
tokens. Where does that pattern appear, again? Not when sorting a+b=c for
the first 16 of a, b - or was not that so? Happy days and weeks to you
relaxing and roburating the intellect before you get to using it again.
