Hello Marcus,
I have a bad habit (good for me) of not reading long academic papers except
only the conclusion section, and even worse, that I sometimes only read the
last sentence in the conclusion. There, in your paper, I find a good word I
like: "tool"! I have been advocating and even challenging all my academic
friends, "Is your fancy theory 'toolable'?" I.e., can you make a tool of
your theory so that some handyman can actually use it in their daily work
and daily life?
Therefore, if you don't mind, could you please kindly show me one example,
one real-world case, that a user or a client or a customer of you, using
this tool you offered to him/her, happily solved/resolved/dissolved a
practical problem he/she was facing, and then send you a thank-you card?
It is okay if you don't have such a case yet, but please try imagine one.
This is a thought experiement, please try it and let us know what you get.
Best - Jason
