There, in your paper, I find a good word I like: "tool"! I have been advocating and even challenging all my academic friends, "Is your fancy theory 'toolable'?" I.e., can you make a tool of your theory so that some handyman can actually use it in their daily work and daily life? </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:large">Therefore, if you don't mind, could you please kindly show me one example, one real-world case, that a user or a client or a customer of you, using this tool you offered to him/her, happily solved/resolved/dissolved a practical problem he/she was facing, and then send you a thank-you card?</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:large">It is okay if you don't have such a case yet, but please try imagine one.
