[Fis] Feedback restrictors at work

1. An electoral victory

Unfortunately, half of the population is dumber than the average, and the
average is not really a genius either.

He who can talk to simple people has an audience of 50+ %. This without
saying anything, just by transmitting the message that thinking and
generally experiencing the world in a non-sophisticated fashion is
legitimate and it is daily done by the majority of the people. We are the
people!

We downtrodden and despised morons is today the proletariat of Marx and
Lenin and the patriots of Napoleon and of the people looking for weapons of
mass destruction in Iraq. The people do go with the leadership if the
leaders are talking their language. The moronic extent can be hair-raising
from the distance of history and culture. It was a European who developed
the idea of Lebensraum for the positive members of society, eliminating the
barbarian natives. Land without people for a people without land regards
the native inhabitants not as people. (Cf Romans, crusades, conquistadores,
white man’s burdens, etc.) The next guy who could use simple concepts
explained in simple words to simple people turned the idea exactly against
the creator of the idea, stealing one more idea from the culture he tried
to eliminate. Now the same idea is playing out before our very eyes. Get
your Lebensraum by eliminating the natives. It has been done through the
centuries. It is a moronic idea.

The sellability of an idea which exists but has not been addressed by the
more clever minority of the population (because they recognize the moronic
extent of the idea) is an opportunity in the market. A really good idea
will work its way through the superstitions of the ruling elite, consisting
of the more clever than the average part of the population.

2.Input and feedback restrictor

The ruling elite operates as a restrictor in the feedback loops of society.
The ideas rejected by the clever accumulate because of the systematic bias
of the restrictor. (It would be false to imagine a restrictor without the
collections of false negative and false positive decisions.)

In the examples above we have seen some false negative decisions of the
restrictor. Society did not address the ideas of the dumber half, and so
enough of avoided issues have assembled, that one who could address the
needs and discrepancies had at his disposition enough material to relate to
each other and design a context and a concept to deal with the unordered
state of society.

The false positive decisions of the restrictor are with us and very
probably we are not at the peak of our capacity of detecting them.

What clever people call behavior that is not clever is „authentic“. There
is something that is not in the lexicon of things intellectual people do.

To communicate the relationships among such experiences, which the elite
says are not there at all, needs its own grammar and performance arts. Dada
and the early abstracts put this in existence. He who speaks authentic is
credible to those areas of the brain too, which educated and well-mannered
do not integrate.

Systematically exclude these communications from the subjects which the
educated clever elite discusses leads to surprises. The structure of the
restrictor gives rise to the artefact of the false negative decisions of
the restrictor. Was it really clever, it would deal with a communication
that needles together part-concepts that do not belong in a common context,
and so the restrictor filters out, because its rules say that only such
ideas are reasonable which are related along such rules which are true
because one has larnt that such rules are true which are related in the
fashion one has learnt. (This is the rule for the false positive inclusion
by the restrictor.)

The restrictor interpreted Galileo as Dada poetry because Galileo has
brought heavenly bodies into a context which context did not exist and was
not expected to exist.

If the clever are not really clever, their restrictor will reject ideas
that are not in a known context. The really clever check the false
decisions of their restrictor.

3. To the actual conflict

It may sound Dada poetry to tell about the requirements Biology raises
before even agreeing to talk to the well-respected, (the last orthodox
fanatics), of the present day Number Theory high priests. It is no joke,
before attempting to come to peace and understanding with Biology, the
following basic demands are to be accepted as the framework of the coming
negotiations :
1. There are two number lines in existence
2. Of these, the common and the inflexion points are the Marijuán constants
3. We count in terms of order. (A sentence about order is a double
statement about the properties of a thing and its position among ist
peers.)
4. Both the properties of the thing and its placement among its peers are
communicated in terms of the deviations relative to its respective central
element
5. The forked tongue of snakes is the deictic definition of information (=
being otherwise than expected)

About geometric structures and the registration of a collection of
deviations to the respective expected, in two forms, linear and planar, we
are open to any new suggestions. The ‚planar‘ part is important to us. We
will see the plane with axes ‚similar‘, ‚diverse‘ as built up by the two
versions of N referred to above, also. This brings forth inavoidable
conflicts with regard to how many of the participants create this many
similarities and diversities, relative to where they are in the common
context.

So, the clever elite will not yield to the demands of the uneducated
biologists, not until the day when a parvenu creates molecules in fact,
notwithstanding the official impossibility (is there an example for that
today?) In a more romantic version, a business tyrant blackmails his slaves
into delivering him a new number theory if the current one doesn’t allow
production of drugs with a fantastic market potential. (A Meyer-Lansky of
science who gets what he needs).

Leave the unsaid aside for a long time and time brings forth that authentic
ideas break through. There are moronic ideas that remained unsaid for long
times. Similarly, good ideas are restricted out of circulation on the
artefact of being of an unusual structure. Biology exists like a silent
majority of which the elite thinks in its own terms.

There needs to come a Culture Revolution in number theory to accommodate
the axioms of biology
