[Fis] Cari Tutti e Chiarissimo professore Xueshan Yan è da circa quarant'anni che:

- parlo di *Tras-in-form-azione*, cioè di *azione* producente *forma* nel
tempo (*tras-in) *che cambia o tras-muta;
- tengo conto della triade *significazione*, *informazione* e
*comunicazione*;
-considero informazione naturale o termodinamica, genetica, matematica e
semiotico-semantica;
- definisco la *teoria del valore della forma* o della *forma del valore*
in ogni *campo di forma* del *sapere della realtà* o della *realtà del
sapere:*
*-* anticipo il* processo* o il *triangolo dei tre surplus* (*neg-entropia *
*fiisica*, *eco-biologica* e *storico-culturale*) sottesi dai tre *mondi di
Popper *e dal *Bio-So-Ma *di Bugliarello;
- introduco questo processo che si basa sugli *input *(materia, energia,
informazione) e sugli *output *(materia, energia, informazione);
-analizzo la fenomenologia o problematica hegeliana e/o rizziana (quantità,
qualità  e misura o valutazione);
- contrariamente a S.W. Hawking ritengo che non vi sia alcuna teoria del
tutto e al pari (?) di J. D. Barrow penso che nessuna descrizione non
poetica della realtà può essere completa. Non v'ha alcuna formula che possa
esprimere tutta la verità, tutta l'armonia, tutta la semplicità del  mondo.
Comprendere ogni cosa significa non comprendere nulla;
- tutto è eventuale, possibile e più o meno probabile.

- I am talking about Trans-in-form-action, that is, action producing
form over time (tras-in) that changes or trans-mutates;
- I take into account the triad of meaning, information and communication;
-I consider natural or thermodynamic, genetic, mathematical and
semiotic-semantic information;
- I define the theory of value of the form or of the form of value in
every field of form of knowledge of reality or of the reality of
knowledge:
- I anticipate the process or triangle of the three surpluses
(physical, eco-biological and historical-cultural neg-entropy)
underlying Popper's three worlds and Bugliarello's Bio-So-Ma;
- I introduce this process which is based on inputs (matter, energy,

- contrary to S.W. Hawking believes that there is no theory of

express all the truth, all the harmony, all the simplicity of the
world. To understand everything is to understand nothing;
- everything is eventual, possible and more or less probable.
