Hi Pedro,
(1) You wrote "What I do not see is the relationship to be established with languages: at cosmic, cellular, and human scales. Is it necessary? Is it convenient? "
The connection between the Planckian information and languages (cosmic, human and cellular) may be described in terms of the following three general statements (to be referred to as laws):
The First Law of Infomratics [1]: Information can but entropy cannot be negative; or the Planckian information is not the negative Shannon entropy.
The Second Law of Informatics: No informatin can be transferred from the sender to the reciever without a language or a code understood by both.
The Third Law of Informatics: No informationc an be transferred from the sender to the receiver without dissipating at leat kT jules of energy per bit.
These laws can be viewed as reflecting different aspects of the phenomenon of communication schematically shown in Figure 1. Step h implicates 'information', while Steps f and g, being driven by free energy dissipation, implicates entropy via the Gibbs free enrgy equaiton, G = E + PV - TS, where E = energy, P = pressure, V = volume, T = temperature and S = entropy.

Figure 1. Communication as an irreducible triadic relation (ITR). f = selection; g = recognition; h = information flow enabled by the common language or code.
(2) The Planckian information (I_P) is an aspect of the Planckian process, defined as "any physicochemical or formal processes that produce (by selecting subsets from a random set [2]) long-tailed histograms fitting the Planckian Distribution Equation (PDE)". As you may recall, I_P is mathmetically defiend in terms of PDE and GLE (Gaussian-like Equation). Thus defined the Planckain process embodies the ITR as follows:
f g
Random set ---------> histograms -------> PDE

Figure 2. A diagrqammatic representation of the Planckian process as an ITR. f = some selection mechanism; g = only some long-tailed histograms fit PDE; h = PDE originates in (or reflects the intrinsic properties of ) the original random set.
(3) If Figures 1 and 2 are right, languages are components of ITR as is I_P. Thus, I_P is related to languages via the principle of ITR.
(4) I believe that both the human language and the cell language embody ITR and hence are isomorphic. This concluion is supported by (i) a detailed comparison of these two kinds of languages as summarized in the two tables attached and (ii) the recent findings that PDE fits the long tailed histograms generated by human speech and cell metabolism (see the related figures attached to my first FIS post entitled What Is the Planckian Informatiion ?).
(5) I further believe that there are many abiotic processes that are Planckian. That is, there are many non-living processes that produce histograms fitting PDE and hnce Planckian, e.g., the blackbody radiation process itself (see the related figure in my first FIS post mentioned aobve) and the proto-typical self-organizing chemical reaction-diffusion system known as the Belousove-Zhabotinsky reaction [3]. Therefore there must exist a cosmic language (or cosmese) [4].
(6) The three languages discussed here, cellese, humanese, and cosmese appear to share a set of common principles --- (i) ITR, (ii) the Planckian process, and (iii) the wave-particle duality discussed elsewhere [5].
If you have any questions or corrections, please let me know.
All the best.
Sung

Dear Sung and FIS Colleagues,
We have barely discussed the new notion of Planckian information and the amazing variety of self-organization processes that abide by it. It is a pity for I think it is a relevant conceptualization that can contribute to new developments in our field. Thank you, Sung, for presenting it in this list.
What I do not see is the relationship to be established with languages: at cosmic, cellular, and human scales. Is it necessary? Is it convenient? Concretely, in one of the last papers mentioned in the kickoff text there is a explicit reference to the 12 conditions to be fulfilled by any language. Could you please explain those conditions? In the case of living cells, there is no reference at all to signaling systems--how any cellular "language" can be delineated without considering the "speech apparatus" of the cell? The profligate of new terms coined around information, energy, knowledge, etc. does not help either to keep a clear focus in the essential idea, which as expressed above revolves around P.I. --although I recognize that most of them may have some point of interest, taking together they somehow dilute the main message.
Best wishes--Pedro
