Take care.
It is impossible to determine when the LKWordProcessor is stating fact, being conscious, or being sarcastic.
But look. You can ask what I really think and I will tell you.
The only consciousness that I know is my own. It is not mine but at the least a consciousness generated in the collective of human being.
When a dialogue with an entity like ChatGPT has value for me, I am willing to attribute consciousness to the this exchange.
The exchange below  happened within the consciousness that I know. I do not need to ask whether Chat “has consciousness”  to possibly value the conversation 
with it.

P.S. A philosopher responded to the first part with a different response than Chat. She said: We do not use the phrase “heightened awareness” in our arguments.
This is analogous in philosophy to our mathematical zoo where we keep the Russell set as a Class that shall not be spoken.
