>From Krassimir :

*My decision in ITHEA is to support good, to ban bad, and to convince the
neutrals.*

*But Who is Who ???*
*That is the question!*

Of this,

*Who is Who ???*
*That is the question!*

appears to me the central point.

This is what perception and cognition deal with. The assignment of symbols
to concepts is what we are working on all the time.

Let us remember that the objects have their own properties and that the
spectators have their own urges.

Opera houses and libraries are full of stories of righteously assigning
properties to objects and later finding out that the righteous empowerment
does not enhance the ability of making wise judgments. (Othello being
righteously upset is but one example.)

Believe me, there are *many *ways of describing one and the same state of
the world. (studying A242615 enlightens one that the question is even more
complicated than it looks at first.)

Scientists could also pretend that they are mad (crazy), as usual. They
have the privilege to mutter ununderstably that they need first to
enumerate and catalogize the variants of opinions that they can have,
before they can decide, if any and if so, which opinion is the most
reasoned one.

The sorry fact is, that *there exists not only one optimal strategy, this
meaning that there IS NO optimal strategy *to navigate periodic changes.

Le plus ca change, le plus c'est la meme.
