This is the conference's second year and requires *at most* an expedient
4-page submission (due 3 Aug). Also, this is not a standard AI conference
with posed 'experiments'. It is pointedly multi-disciplinary (including but
also beyond computer science), targeting formative concepts for initiating
the practical advent of superintelligence. It is thus largely philosophic
in nature.
