[Fis] One more dimension of art - "INFLUENCE"

Dear Kate, Jerry, Daniel, László and colleagues from FIS,
First of all, I would like to sincerely thank everyone who took part in our
little study and for the feedback. I would like to reassure anyone who is
worried that their results do not correspond to those of the majority. This
is completely normal. I myself did not achieve much.
Therefore, I would like to make a small comment, insofar as we actually
have a case of touching art and its aftermath.
In the experiment, we first see a photograph, which definitely has the
qualities to be attributed to photo art, and then we hear two sound
fragments. Depending on our sensations, we evaluate them as emotionally
positive or negative, and depending on our mood, influenced by the
photograph, we choose one of them.
Since we are not a closed system, we should also take into account many
other emotional and cognitive factors that influence our choice. Therefore,
the discrepancy with the statistical picture is quite normal.
Moreover, since our consciousness is constantly trying to recognize
incoming signals, i.e. data, it is always possible to obtain certain
coincidences that are subjective and may have no relation to the original
source. This happens when, lying on the beach and looking at the clouds, we
recognize certain figures in the sky that are the result of random
configurations.
And one more note, especially for László.
Information interaction is a set of information contacts, i.e. generation
by the source subject of a certain information object and its subsequent
perception by the recipient subject. The purpose of each information
contact is an impact on the recipient, which activates existing or
generates new mental structures.
This is also the purpose of every act of making art - namely the impact on
the audience, be it oneself, as in the case of the hermit in the forest.
This outlines at least one more dimension of art - "INFLUENCE", which is
actually the goal of all art and perhaps the most important dimension.
