Dear colleagues,
I have started publishing for discussion the chapters of the new edition of
the monograph on General Information Theory.
The first texts are already available in IJ ITA.
The published texts consist of two chapters, conditionally oriented towards:

1. Cognitive foundations of GIT (published in full in two articles:
