[Fis] cognitive limitations

Dear Pedro,

Very well said Pedro. AI not just the elephant in the room, it is 
becoming the room. As I have said, at least to the Board of IAIS that we 
should form a subgroup on the Conceptual Foundations of AI.

Years ago I wrote an Chapter  "Logical Foundations of Distributed 
Artificial Intelligence" :

While its focus in on systems of multiple agents interacting 
linguistically and non-linguistically and the underlying logic of 
individual and cooperative ability and intentional states, it has direct 
relevance to future cooperative artificial social intelligence.

We well beyond the doorstep of what a year ago would have seemed 
fantasy, The amazing ability of these LLMs and their high dimensional 
spaces being able to interact to combine very different highly complex 
ideas and theories. That together with their almost limitless knowledge 
gives LLMs capacities way beyond that of humans. True they make make 
mistakes but for complex issues it takes an expert to realize such.   So 
there is still a role for the specialist.

Combine AI with the genome and we enter yet another undiscovered deep 
realm of science, life and social disruption.
