Dear colleagues,
According to the legislation on non-profit organizations, the convening of
the General Assembly Meeting should be announced in the mass media.
The only one that is supposed to be followed by members of the
International Society for the Study of Information (IS4SI) is the FIS list.
For this reason, I am attaching below the Invitation to the General
Assembly of IS4SI.
I kindly ask that IS4SI members confirm their participation by replying to

In accordance with the Statute of IS4SI, I am convening an Online IS4SI
General Assembly on 15.06.2025 at 15:00 CET.

Preliminary agenda of the General Assembly:

1) Discussion of the activity report for the past period.

2) Financial report.

3) Official approval of the actions of the Board of Directors.

4) Election of new Presidents and Board of Directors of IS4SI.

5) Appointment of two auditors.

6) Determination of the amount of membership fees.

7) Discussion and adoption of proposals for changes to the Statute of IS4SI.

8) Discussion of activities for the upcoming period.

9) Miscellaneous
