Hey Krassimir,

I am very glad to see this note from you on defining information. I feel I
have asked for something like this for a long time. Forgive me for saying
it, but I have seen you express many snippets of intriguing core informatic
ideas/concepts in FIS – but never saw an ensuing accessible/cohesive
framework . . . but now that seems to have changed?
Would you like it if we (FIS) explored this 'stated concept' of yours
further – I would like to add my reactions, but I do not want to do so
unbidden.
