Dear FISers,

Current discussants are reminded that only three messages per week are 
allowed. Infractions will be sanctioned.

For the counting of the messages, just follow the international business 
week, starting on Monday morning and ending on Sunday night.

About censorship of concepts or expressions... total freedom. Only poor 
education or bad manners have to be excluded.
