[Fis] whether this useful simulation is information, data or something else?

Dear List,
Thanks a lot to Plamen. On a personal basis my estimation is that this
epidemics affects 10 times more people than the official figures. Almost
everyone of my sociotype (family, friends, acquaintances) knows someone
who has got infected. For 90% it is a mild or regular flu. But for 10%
it is serious, and for 2% (mostly old people, say beyond 70) it is very
serious and often fatal. Therefore, the terrible mortality of the
official figures has to be reinterpreted, I think. In Spain the big
problem is that hospitals themselves did become focus of contagions--due
to a pathetic lack of prevision by the Government and its subsequent
inaction or chaotic action. Our health system is excellent for universal
attention, but has been awful for prevention (due to poor management &
excessively ideological orientation of the leftist Government--putting
it politely).
What preoccupates me a lot (well, one cannot help but have quite a bit
of personal & family anxiety) is the post-epidemics situation. This is
going to be a big life-style changer--so many repercussions in the short
and medium term... freedoms & democratic rights, autocracies on the
rise, public debt crisis worldwide, industry crisis, services crises,
global paralysis of tourism & flights, plus so many cultural habits at
the stake. With the aftermath, we will be welcome to a very different
world. Gloom & Doom? Maybe not necessarily--hopefully! But very, very
different. Who knows whether this can be a positive rehearsal for the
impending ecological crisis and the radical transformations it demands.
As you know I put life in the very center of information, and vice
versa.So the tremendous world-attention focus to this epidemics.
