Jerry suggests that I clarify what I mean by ‘first class agent.'

This is a term from the semantic modeling space I am coming from, because I worry about building models we can use in machines in the way we do with current models. A ‘first class agent’ is a useful primitive in a model that

— cannot be decomposed to increase an understanding of its agency

— is orthogonal to other first class agents

— can be assigned primary notions of cause in its agency

It is functionally equivalent to being a (visible, expressed composite of) primitive(s) in an upper ontology.

Intuitively in this ten, the intent is that it exists in the same way we consider that matter exists.
