[Fis] IS4IS Vienna 2015

Dear FIS Colleagues,

The IS4IS (& FIS) Conference in Vienna is just over. It has been a nice 
occasion of sociality, an opportunity to meet in person discussants we 
were in contact many years ago --more than three or four dozen fis 
parties were there, including a number of colleges from China. Several 
hundred people have attended beyond our own circle, and that has 
represented a very good possibility to enlarge the discussions and the 
contacts. In next discussion sessions some of the new parties will bring 
their original themes into our list. At the time being we could continue 
the discussion we were maintaining on the Informational Fourth Domain of 
Science, as Loet and Moises did last day.

Thanks are due to Wolfgang for his excellent organization job, including 
an unforgettable cruise up the Danube river. Thanks to Robert for his 
Secretariat job, and to other IS4IS members too; and best greetings to 
Gordana as the new Acting President of IS4IS.
