of Marine Sciences (ICM) in Barcelona, Spain

The project MOS-DEF is funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and
Innovation (MCIN/AEI /10.13039/501100011033 / FEDER, UE) through the
call «Proyectos
de Generación de Conocimiento

of the year 2022.



The student will focus on geodynamic numerical modelling of crustal fluid
flow and its effects on the evolution of large-scale tectonic systems.
Experience in computational methods for geodynamics would be beneficial. At
the ICM, the student will profit from being part of a diverse research team
in a multidisciplinary project combining numerical modelling, experimental
geomechanics, and field geology.



The PhD position will start in January 1st 2024. Please send your
