<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">El Ministerio de Hacienda y Función Pública publicó el pasado mes de junio en el BOE la una resolución en la que dicta las instrucciones para ejecutar la<strong> subida salarial del 2% </strong>acordada para este año en la nómina de los empleados del sector público estatal, <strong>con efectos retroactivos desde el 1 de enero.</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>Desde <span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT</span> hemos realizado la consulta a Gerencia para conocer cuándo se abonará este incremento a los empleados de la UZ, y nos informa que se está a la espera de recibir la autorización de la DGA para poder abonar el 2% y sus correspondientes atrasos.</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">Esta medida, incluida en <strong>Acuerdo Marco para una Administración del siglo XXI,</strong> firmado por el Gobierno y los sindicatos <strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT</span> y CCOO</strong>, supone una subida adicional del 2% que se calculará sobre las retribuciones vigentes a 31 de diciembre de 2023, tendrá efectos desde el 1 de enero de 2024. </span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>Además de este 2% de incremento para este año, se establece un 0,5% adicional </strong>si la suma de la variación del IPC adelantado de los años 2022, 2023 y 2024 supera el aumento retributivo fijo aplicado durante dichos años (8%).</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">De acuerdo con los datos del Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), el IPCA de 2022 fue del 5,5%, mientras que el de 2023 terminó en el 3,3%, lo que resulta un total del 8,8%, que supera el límite establecido para aplicar esa subida adicional del 0,5%.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">De este modo, <strong>a principios del año 2025 se aplicará ese 0,5%</strong> adicional para que el salario de los empleados públicos suba en el conjunto de 2024 un 2,5%.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>Según Hacienda, en virtud del acuerdo con CCOO y UGT, la revalorización salarial total de los empleados públicos en su periodo de vigencia (2022-2024) alcanzará hasta el 9,8%.</strong></span></p>
