<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">La secretaría de Políticas Institucionales de <span style="color: #e4002b;"><strong>UGT y RUGE</strong></span>, Revolución Ugetista, <strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">rechazamos rotundamente la nueva medida </span></strong>del Ministerio de Inclusión, Seguridad Social y Migraciones,<strong><span style="color: #e4002b;"> por la que las personas que realizaron períodos de formación práctica antes del 1 de enero de 2024 deberán abonar 290 euros por cada mes de formación si quieren que esos periodos de cotización se tengan en cuenta para su jubilación. </span></strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Consideramos que la <span style="color: #236fa1;"><a style="color: #236fa1;" href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.boe.es/diario_boe/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2024-8713__;!!D9dNQwwGXtA!RDekWG4iSAWVBtPLxuiE98nhs1mCGpBbvFt8K6_iULS8cQbpmVJCVakjLro1yoAali3XEen-vclle8tiEsbSIgWr$" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Orden Ministerial</strong></a></span><a style="color: #0000ee;" href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.boe.es/diario_boe/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2024-8713__;!!D9dNQwwGXtA!RDekWG4iSAWVBtPLxuiE98nhs1mCGpBbvFt8K6_iULS8cQbpmVJCVakjLro1yoAali3XEen-vclle8tiEsbSIgWr$" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><span style="color: #e4002b;"><strong><span style="color: #236fa1;">,</span> </strong></span></a>que recoge las condiciones por las que las antiguas personas becarias podrán suscribir dicho convenio, <strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">ha sido tramitada sin tener en cuenta a las organizaciones sindicales</span></strong>, cuyas aportaciones para mejorar la medida fueron ignoradas, y <strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">sin escuchar las reivindicaciones de los colectivos afectados</span></strong>. Por ello, <strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">el resultado es una medida impopular, que incumple los principios básicos del Estado del Bienestar de justicia social y equidad contributiva.</span></strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><span style="color: #e4002b;"><strong>La disposición obliga a cotizar dichos períodos al coste actual de las cotizaciones</strong></span>, aunque estos se realizaran 20 o 30 años atrás, exigiendo a la persona asumir el coste empresarial, lo que supone una discriminación adicional con los períodos de prácticas actuales, a los que se les está concediendo una bonificación del 95%, además de una grave injusticia para las personas que realizaron sus prácticas en estos años anteriores al tener que hacer frente a una carga totalmente abusiva y tener que abonar el 100% de la cuota integra (incluyendo la parte empresarial).</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Condicionar el reconocimiento de estos periodos al pago de una determinada cantidad da lugar a una <strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">perversión del sistema de pensiones y limita su uso para tan solo  unas pocas personas, las que puedan asumir el coste.</span></strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Por todo lo anterior, <strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT y RUGE reclamamos al Gobierno que dé marcha atrás y opte por medidas que supongan una verdadera reparación </span><span style="color: #e4002b;">a la ausencia de cotizaciones sufrida por el antiguo y actual personal becario e investigador.</span></strong></span></p>
