<p><span style="font-size: 19px;">3. <em>Proyección de mejora</em> (máximo 50 puntos)</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>En la proyección de mejora, en esta convocatoria</strong> <strong>al evaluarse sólo un año </strong>(hay que recordar que la evaluación será bienal, excepto en esta primera convocatoria), <strong>todo el personal evaluado contará con 25 puntos. </strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>Esta puntuación se podrá incrementar con lo siguiente</strong>:</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">a) <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Formación ordinaria:</span> (1 punto por hora de formación) Plan formación UZ y actividades autorizadas por VGRRHH</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">b) <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Autoformación:</span> (1 punto por hora de formación) De organismos oficiales ajenos a la UZ</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">c) <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Participación en actividades: </span>(grupos de trabajo, comisiones de calidad, circulo de calidad, otras comisiones, recurso preventivo prevención riesgos laborales, órganos de selección y tribunales, comisiones provisión definitiva o temporal PTGAS)</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">d) <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Otros méritos: </span>Sólo se aportarán en caso de no llegar a la evaluación positiva en la VDI, o para tener la posibilidad de obtener la positiva destacada. Serán considerados por la Comisión Técnica de ED. Se reconocerán actividades como:</span></p>
