<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>👉Seguridad Jurídica:</strong> al regularse por Decreto los complementos dejarían de depender de contratos-programa plurianuales.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 19px;">La cercana finalización del actual contrato-programa entre el Gobierno de Aragón y la Universidad de Zaragoza constituye una oportunidad para revisar en profundidad el modelo que hemos tenido hasta ahora, mejorarlo y garantizar su estabilidad futura. </span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>👉Con criterios consolidables y progresivos:</strong> Similares a los utilizados para los complementos estatales ligados a méritos individuales, que minimicen la carga administrativa y resulten estables, previsibles y acordes con la labor real que desarrolla el PDI. </span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><br /><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>👉Financiación Estructural:</strong> Integrar estos complementos en el Capítulo I (Personal) del presupuesto de la UZ, para que sean consolidados.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><br /><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>👉Cuantía Fija por Mérito:</strong> Que tu sueldo no baje porque haya mayor número de compañeros y más excelentes, con blindaje mediante decreto y que se actualice con el IPC para no perder ni un euro más de poder adquisitivo. </span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><br /><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>👉Equiparación y dignidad retributiva: </strong>que reduzca la gran brecha con el resto del sistema universitario público y reconozca el trabajo del PDI aragonés.</span></p>
