<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 23px;"><strong>Más méritos, más profesores, menos dinero</strong>: <strong>la trampa del contrato-programa.</strong> </span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 23px;">Desde el año 2021, el PDI de la Universidad de Zaragoza ha sufrido una <strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">pérdida nominal de 680 € anuales</span></strong> por persona. <strong>¿Por qué?</strong> Porque en Aragón se financia con una <strong>cuantía total fija</strong>: así, al aumentar el número de profesores y el número de méritos, la cantidad individual disminuye. </span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 23px;"><strong>La cuantía total fija tampoco se actualiza con el IPC</strong>, a diferencia de lo que ocurre en la mayoría de las autonomías. Así, teniendo en cuenta la inflación, desde 2021 se ha experimentado una pérdida de poder adquisitivo que, si se suma, supone más de <strong>3.500 € de pérdida </strong>por persona en los complementos de docencia y dedicación y <strong>más de 400 € adicionales</strong> por cada sexenio.</span></p>
