<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">Hoy, <strong>1 de julio</strong>, estamos a tan solo <strong>dos días de que se cumpla un año desde la sentencia del Tribunal Supremo de 3 de julio de 2025,</strong> que confirmó el <strong>derecho del profesorado asociado a tiempo parcial al reconocimiento de los quinquenios</strong> y otorgó a la Universidad de Zaragoza el <strong>plazo de un año para ejecutar dicha resolución.</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">Sin embargo, <strong>ese plazo está a punto de expirar</strong> <strong>sin que la Universidad haya publicado</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>convocatoria extraordinaria </strong>de reconocimiento de quinquenios que se comprometió a aprobar <strong>durante el primer semestre de 2026.</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">En la última Mesa de PDI, celebrada el pasado viernes, <strong>UGT volvimos a preguntar por esta convocatoria</strong>. La respuesta que obtuvimos desde el Vicerrectorado de Profesorado fue, una vez más, que el <strong>retraso se debe a la elevada carga de trabajo que soporta el Servicio de PDI</strong>.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">Desde UGT consideramos que <strong>esta explicación no puede justificar el incumplimiento de una resolución judicial firme. </strong>Si el Servicio de PDI no dispone de los medios suficientes para atender sus obligaciones, corresponde a la Universidad dotarlo de los recursos humanos necesarios. <strong>Los</strong> <strong>problemas de organización interna no pueden repercutir sobre los derechos del profesorado.</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">La<strong> convocatoria extraordinari</strong>a no responde a una decisión voluntaria de la Universidad, sino que constituye el mecanismo necesario para dar <strong>cumplimiento a la sentencia del Tribunal Supremo.</strong> Además, existe un <strong>compromiso adquirido en la Mesa de PDI</strong> para que dicha convocatoria se publicara durante el primer semestre de 2026, compromiso que,<strong> a fecha de hoy, tampoco se ha cumplido.</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">UGT recuerda que la <strong>forma de dar cumplimiento a la sentencia del TS es a través de esta convocatoria extraordinaria comprometida por la UZ. Es a través de esta convocatoria como debe canalizarse la ejecución de la sentencia,</strong> garantizando el <strong>reconocimiento de los quinquenios </strong>al profesorado asociado a tiempo parcial, así como los <strong>efectos económicos retroactivos que correspondan desde enero de 2026.</strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">Por todo ello, <strong>UGT exigimos a la Universidad de Zaragoza que publique de manera inmediata la convocatoria extraordinaria comprometida y cumpla, sin más demoras, una sentencia firme del Tribunal Supremo. </strong></span></p>
