<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">El pasado 5 de junio de 2026 se publicó en el BOE el <a style="color: #0000ee;" href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.boe.es/boe/dias/2026/06/05/pdfs/BOE-A-2026-12036.pdf__;!!D9dNQwwGXtA!TIwx9FU15gbiGjXVEMeyJV82ziKn2Kx7CyuzQz9mf3JgtBn6ifOZp5-eAJKO01PwO15Dd1seejwWNYUN-VFGA-lk$" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">nuevo Estatuto de la Agencia Nacional de Evaluación de la Calidad y Acreditación (ANECA), </a>una modificación de especial relevancia para el personal docente e investigador, ya que incorpora una nueva estructura destinada a la evaluación de la transferencia de conocimiento, </span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">Entre las principales <strong>novedades</strong> destaca la <strong>creación de la Comisión Nacional Evaluadora de la Actividad de Transferencia (CNEAT),</strong> que será el <strong>órgano responsable de evaluar la actividad de transferencia del conocimiento</strong> a efectos del reconocimiento de los correspondientes complementos retributivos y, en su caso, de los méritos curriculares.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">Según establece el Estatuto, la organización y funcionamiento de esta nueva comisión se desarrollarán mediante un reglamento interno que deberá aprobar el Ministerio competente en materia de universidades. Asimismo, la CNEAT podrá constituir hasta quince comités asesores para el desarrollo de sus funciones.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">Esta publicación supone un avance importante en el proceso de implantación del esperado <strong>Sexenio de Transferencia</strong>. Como ya se informó tras la <a style="color: #0000ee;" href="https://ugt.unizar.es/noticia/reunion-aneca-sindicatos-9-de-abril" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">reunión mantenida el pasado 9 de abril con la Dirección de ANECA</a>, la puesta en marcha de esta convocatoria requería previamente la creación de un órgano evaluador específico e independiente de la Comisión Nacional Evaluadora de la Actividad Investigadora (CNEAI).</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">Desde <strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT </span></strong>consideramos positiva esta medida y reclamamos a ANECA y al Ministerio la máxima <strong>celeridad</strong> en el desarrollo reglamentario pendiente, de forma que pueda convocarse cuanto antes el<strong> Sexenio de Transferencia</strong>, una reivindicación largamente demandada por la comunidad universitaria y científica.</span></p>
