Ahora, gente con doctorado y experiencia docente e investigadora, estarán meses o años sustituyendo a un profesor a cambio de unos 800 euros mensuales. Esta política ya provocó manifestaciones (Universidad de Sevilla) y convocatorias de huelga (Universidad del País Vasco) ya que la nueva situación no solo afectará a la calidad de la docencia sino que tiene importantes repercusiones en la carrera académica del profesorado universitario.</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"></span></p>
<p class="v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; color: #2c363a; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Otro problema en el que ahora cae el Gobierno es que<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">la LOSU no tiene en cuenta la actividad investigadora de los Profesores Sustitutos</strong>, al configurar sus funciones como exclusivamente docentes, lo que afecta negativamente a sus complementos, retribuciones y promoción.<span> </span><u style="box-sizing: border-box;">Recientemente, hemos tenido conocimiento de que estos profesores están siendo expulsados de oficio de los grupos de investigación al amparo de la LOSU</u>, una práctica que consideramos injusta y perjudicial para su desarrollo profesional.</span></p>

Ante esta situación, desde CSIF solicitamos encarecidamente una revisión inmediata y la implementación de medidas para garantizar que los profesores universitarios sustitutos puedan participar plenamente en los grupos de investigación. Proponemos buscar una fórmula en una norma de rango inferior que permita tener en cuenta su investigación basada en el "interés general" como el que ya ha utilizado alguna Comunidad Autónoma.</span></p>

Ya se han registrado<span> </span></span>numerosos<span> </span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; color: black;">casos en que un profesor que obtiene plaza por concurso de profesor sustituto tiene que abandonarla inmediatamente a no obtener la compatibilidad para esa figura.</span></span></p>

La Ley de Incompatibilidades de 1984 se ha tornado en una losa en donde en muchas ocasiones no se puede cubrir la docencia con profesores sustitutos.</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"></span></p>
