<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">El Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades ha presentado a <strong>información pública</strong> un <strong><a style="color: #0000ee;" href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.ciencia.gob.es/Convocatorias/Participacion-Publica/Audiencia-e-informacion-publica/2024/PRD_modificacionRD_PIOPI_PDIUP.html__;!!D9dNQwwGXtA!X2dTMX3zvr6FlWg3tSrcsIEQaa-kisGNRb2cp8aQJ_4fRf2X9i903e3ZCanCUZTlvcbajxTFCbz_FHG8pOKUa7cP$" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Proyecto de Real Decreto que desarrolla el sexenio de transferencia y modifica otra serie de decretos para adecuarlos a la Ley de Ciencia y a la LOSU</a></strong>, entre ellos el Real Decreto sobre retribuciones del profesorado universitario y el del procedimiento para la obtención de la evaluación de la ANECA, y de su certificación, a los efectos de contratación de personal docente e investigador universitario. </span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT</span></strong> lleva desde 2019 reivindicando la implantación definitiva del sexenio de transferencia, tras su experiencia piloto y en el Proyecto que ha publicado el Ministerio hay ítems importantes a destacar respecto del proyecto piloto de 2018:</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">1) No se pueden solapar tiempos entre el sexenio de transferencia y el sexenio clásico de investigación. Es decir, un año utilizado en sexenio de investigación no puede ser utilizado para el de transferencia y recíprocamente (En el proyecto piloto, se permitía).</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">2) Sólo podrá presentar una misma aportación a evaluación bien como actividad investigadora o bien como actividad de transferencia de conocimiento. (Esto se mantiene igual).</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">3) Para solicitarlo, se debe haber obtenido con anterioridad al menos un tramo por aportaciones de investigación o demostrarse que se cuenta con aportaciones equivalentes para su obtención. </span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">4) El proyecto no incluye ningún desarrollo sobre los criterios para la evaluación de este sexenio.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">A efectos del cómputo de los tramos, se podrá prorrogar el último sexenio vivo un año por cada permiso o excedencia que haya tenido en situaciones de permisos de maternidad o paternidad, excedencia para cuidado de hijas, hijos, o de otros familiares en primer grado a su cargo, o en excedencia por razón de violencia de género aunque se vuelve a obviar la situación de las personas que se han encontrado en periodos de baja por IT de media o larga duración ¡¡¡Una Injusticia!!!</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Por otro lado, la modificación del RD de Retribuciones del 89 no contempla la eterna y justa reivindicación de adjudicar el nivel 30 a Catedráticos/as y el 29 a Titulares –que tampoco se recoge para los OPIS-. UGT seguirá insistiendo en el reconocimiento de estos niveles.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Ya que en ningún momento hemos sido invitados a una negociación, cuando efectivamente el Proyecto afecta de manera importante a las condiciones laborales del PDI, <strong>en la exposición pública <span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT </span>enviará sus alegaciones</strong>. </span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Las personas interesadas en realizar alegaciones de froma individual pueden hacerlo durante el periodo de participación pública, de quince (15) días hábiles, desde las 00:00 del día 9 de julio de hasta las 23:59 del 30 de julio de 2024.
