<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Tal como se adelantó el pasado viernes desde <strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT</span></strong> Servicios Públicos y el Área Pública de <strong>CCOO,</strong> el Consejo de Ministros ha aprobado la <strong>subida salarial del 2,5%</strong> para los más de tres millones de empleados públicos de este país, según contempla el <a style="color: #0000ee;" href="https://ugt.unizar.es/noticias/ugt-respalda-el-acuerdo-para-la-subida-salarial-de-los-empleados-y-empleadas-publicos" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>acuerdo firmado</strong></a> por ambos sindicatos para el período 2022-2024.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT </span></strong>y <strong>CCOO</strong> han señalado que la <strong>subida salarial del 2% fijo se cobrará de forma inmediata,</strong> conforme a la organización de los servicios de nóminas de cada administración. En cuanto al <strong>0,5% variable, habrá que esperar a la armonización del IPC armonizado de los años 2022-2024, si supera el 8%,</strong> requisito incluido en el Acuerdo Marco para una Administración del siglo XXI. Será a partir de diciembre cuando se haga efectivo ese incremento retributivo adicional y consolidable, con efectos desde el 1 de enero de 2024.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>La subida salarial </strong>incluida en el <a style="color: #0000ee;" href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://ugt-sp.es/images/ACUERDO_MARCO_PARA_UNA_AP_DEL_SIGLO_XXI.pdf__;!!D9dNQwwGXtA!UJ6PAArteP81XB-D_AvwtQgJ3MAYE2bXgCx8nSE9p9khXjcuzCEmTnMiai6fYE3Tw4ko0nfsLTj1ZT3STudjSmsV$" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Acuerdo Marco para una Administración del siglo XXI,</a> que ambas organizaciones firmaron en 2022, <strong>ascenderá al 9,8% cuando termine su periodo de vigencia,</strong> previsto en diciembre de 2024. </span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Un pacto que, además, contempla <strong>otras medidas </strong>referidas a la jubilación anticipada, jornada y carrera profesional, destinadas a mejorar las condiciones laborales de los empleados públicos y el servicio que se presta a la ciudadanía, y cuya vigencia acaba este año. </span></p>
