Ana Redondo García, un escrito en el que se solicita una modificación normativa para acabar con la discriminación existente en la percepción del complemento de maternidad en el Régimen de Clases Pasivas del Estado. Desde CSIF hemos puesto de manifiesto una desigualdad en el tratamiento de las jubilaciones voluntarias en comparación con el Régimen General de la Seguridad Social.</span></p>

Según la normativa vigente, las mujeres que han tenido uno o más hijos y son beneficiarias de una pensión contributiva en el Régimen General de la Seguridad Social pueden recibir dicho complemento, incluso en jubilaciones anticipadas. Sin embargo, las mujeres del Régimen de Clases Pasivas no disfrutan de este beneficio en jubilaciones voluntarias, lo que constituye un trato desigual en situaciones idénticas.</span></p>

Por ello, se hace un llamamiento al Ministerio de Igualdad para que se realicen las modificaciones necesarias que permitan incluir tanto las jubilaciones parciales en todos los regímenes, como las jubilaciones voluntarias para el personal perteneciente a Clases Pasivas.</span></p>
