Se plantea el Gobierno, dada la dificultad de modificar la LOSU, buscar una fórmula en una norma de rango inferior que permita tener en cuenta su investigación basada en el “interés general” como el que ya ha utilizado alguna Comunidad Autónoma. Desde CSIF reclamamos que por justicia y por seguridad jurídica se intente la modificación de la LOSU en este punto, como se ha hecho para aplazar la efectividad de algunas de sus medidas estrella, como la estabilización de los profesores asociados.</span></p>
