<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Tras el rechazo inicial a las condiciones propuestas por el Ministerio, <strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT</span></strong>, junto con otras asociaciones afectadas, convocó una concentración para exigir un convenio especial justo. La presión ejercida y la posterior reunión en la Mesa de Diálogo Social han dado sus frutos, ya que el Ministerio ha presentado una nueva propuesta que recoge las principales demandas de <span style="color: #e4002b;"><strong>UGT</strong></span>:</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #e4002b; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Reducción de costes</strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">✅Se reduce significativamente el coste para cotizar de forma retroactiva por los períodos de prácticas no cotizadas.<br />✅El coste inicial era 288,3 euros por mes y se reduce a entre 40 y 140 euros.<br />✅La reducción varía según la antigüedad del período a regularizar.<br />✅Esta rebaja de hasta un 86% facilita el acceso a mejores pensiones para el personal investigador.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">Base de cotización histórica</span></strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">✅</span></strong><span style="color: #000000;">La base de cotización para regularizar las prácticas no cotizadas se basará en la del año en que se realizaron, no en la actual del 2024.</span></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #e4002b; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Ampliación del periodo de cotización</strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #e4002b; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>✅</strong><span style="color: #000000;">Se amplía el período de cotización de 5 a 7 años</span><span style="color: #000000;">. Se suman a los 5 años actuales los 2 años que ya se podían regularizar bajo la normativa de 2011.</span></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #e4002b; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Plazo extendido y pago fraccionado</strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">✅Se amplía hasta diciembre de 2027 el plazo para presentar solicitudes de convenio especial.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">✅Se permite fraccionar los pagos resultantes del convenio especial a lo largo de cinco años.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Parece que, tanto el trabajo de<span style="color: #e4002b;"> <strong>UGT</strong></span> <strong>en la Mesa de Diálogo Social como la Concentración </strong>ante el Ministerio empiezan a dar frutos.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Con esta nueva propuesta se espera que sea más beneficiosa para las personas trabajadoras y facilite la cotización de periodos de formación previos, un paso importante para mejorar la protección social de este colectivo.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">El Gobierno publicará el texto articulado de la nueva propuesta, de la que ya informaremos.</span></p>
