<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">La semana pasada (con más de un mes de retraso con respecto al calendario previsto), el Ministerio remitió el <strong>primer borrador de Estatuto del PDI. </strong> Tras su estudio, <strong>UGT-SP Universidad rechaza </strong>contundentemente el texto propuesto, por varios motivos. Entre ellos:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 19px;">Falta la <strong>memoria económica y compromiso presupuestario</strong>.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 19px;">La Constitución de la <strong>Mesa Sectorial de Universidades</strong> sigue sin producirse.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 19px;">El Texto es <strong>insuficiente</strong>, carente de la regulación de muchos aspectos que influyen en las condiciones laborales del PDI, conceptos indefinidos y falta de claridad y transparencia.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 19px;">Se aprecia una tendencia al <strong>empeoramiento</strong> de las condiciones laborales del colectivo.</span></li>
</ul>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">En la reunión mantenida con el Ministerio, UGT ha enumerado los aspectos que consideramos más relevantes y que no están tratados en el borrador o se tratan de manera insuficiente:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>Regulación de la carrera horizontal,</strong> que ya era compromiso aceptado por los anteriores gobiernos</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Que figuren en el articulado la asunción de los <strong>niveles 30 para el Catedrático/a de Universidad y 29 para el Profesor/a Titular</strong> de Universidad, tal y como se había propuesto por UGT y que el Ministerio consideraba pertinente legislar.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size: 19px;">Equiparación de condiciones entre PDI funcionario y laboral.</span></strong></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Regulación de los <strong>sexenios de transferencia y docencia</strong>. Aumentar el número máximo de sexenios a 7.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Reforzar el mantenimiento de los <strong>Quinquenios docentes</strong>, añadiendo los sexenios de docencia en todo caso.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Incorporar las bases para la evaluación del desempeño y la <strong>formación en docencia </strong>para los nuevos PDI.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Modificar las <strong>Incompatibilidades </strong>que afectan al profesorado para realizar trabajos a tiempo parcial.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Establecer los requisitos necesarios para que las <strong>"Estancias Obligatorias" </strong>no perjudiquen laboralmente al profesorado y sean financiadas al 100 %.</span></li>
</ul>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><br /><span style="font-size: 19px;">Tras nuestra intervención el Secretario de Estado y el Secretario General de universidades han expuesto que están abiertos a la mejora del texto, lo que esperamos en aras de que esta nueva Ley mejore las condiciones laborales de los/las PDI de las universidades y quedamos a la espera del calendario de negociaciones de la nueva Ley del Estatuto del PDI.</span></p>
