<li class="v1MsoListParagraph" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm 9.3pt 0cm 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">A CSIF le preocupa especialmente que la LOSU cronifique la precariedad y la temporalidad del Personal Docente e Investigador. La escasa financiación y la tasa de reposición complican la estabilización (difícil alcanzar una tasa de interinidad del 8% partiendo del actual 49% de temporalidad en las universidades públicas) y la necesaria renovación de las plantillas (</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box;">el 52% tiene más de 55 años y el 20% se jubilará en los próximos años).</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"></span></li>
