<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">En los últimos años han proliferado universidades privadas que han solicitado el procedimiento de autorización de sus proyectos en Andalucía, Madrid, Galicia, Extremadura, Canarias y el País Vasco, y que no cumplirían actualmente con los requisitos establecidos en el Real Decreto 640/2021, de 27 de julio, de creación, reconocimiento y autorización de universidades en torno a la oferta de títulos y número de grados, dedicación de un 5% de su presupuesto propio a investigación, número de doctores, 50% de alumnos en grado, producción científica, etc.</span></p>

El mayor incremento porcentual se produjo en las universidades no presenciales que crecieron alrededor de un 9%, superando los 300 millones de euros.</span></p>
