Tal y como advertimos, ya se están alargando los plazos fijados en la LOSU y<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">el Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades va a permitir</strong><span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">retrasar un año<span> </span></strong></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">la aprobación de los nuevos Estatutos de las universidades</span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"><span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">y la elección de nuevos Claustros y Consejos de Gobierno.</strong><span> </span>Por su parte, los gobiernos regionales aceleran la redacción de leyes autonómicas de universidades para poner coto a la LOSU.</span></p>

La escasa financiación y la tasa de reposición complican la estabilización (difícil alcanzar una tasa de interinidad del 8% partiendo del actual 49% de temporalidad en las universidades públicas) y la necesaria renovación de las plantillas (</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box;">el 52% tiene más de 55 años y el 20% se jubilará en los próximos años).</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"></span></p>

Para CSIF , esta medida l</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">imitará la mejora de la calidad de la plantilla, mantendrá altas tasas de temporalidad en el PDI y no cumpliremos con Europa ni llegaremos nunca al 8% máximo de contrataciones temporales.</span></p>

La LOSU también ha puesto en un brete la renovación de los contratos de cientos de<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">Profesores Visitantes</strong><span> </span>que llevan mucho tiempo trabajando de forma ininterrumpida en algunas universidades públicas. Tampoco es razonable y generará recursos en los Tribunales el hecho provocado por la LOSU de que dentro de la misma figura de<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">Profesor</strong><span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">Ayudante Doctor</strong><span> </span>vaya a convivir PDI con distintos regímenes de dedicación (240 o 180 horas docentes).</span></p>

CSIF recuerda que su</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"><span> </span></span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Disposición final décima establece que “En el plazo de seis meses desde la entrada en vigor de esta ley orgánica el Gobierno presentará al Congreso de los Diputados un proyecto de Ley del estatuto del personal docente e investigador universitario”.</span></p>

También debe regular temas como el régimen del PDI, sus funciones y dedicación, su modelo salarial, su movilidad, sus procesos de selección, etc.</span></p>
