<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Desde <span style="color: #843fa1;"><strong>UGT </strong></span>Servicios Públicos, con motivo del <strong><span style="color: #843fa1;">8M de 2024</span></strong> queremos tener memoria y al mismo tiempo hacer visible y reconocer la labor esencial que las trabajadoras de los servicios públicos realizan cada día para garantizar el desarrollo de nuestra sociedad en su conjunto.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Para nuestra organización el <strong><span style="color: #843fa1;">8 de marzo es memoria obrera</span></strong>. En él conmemoramos a las cientos de miles de mujeres que a lo largo de la historia, en diferentes partes del mundo, han luchado para acabar con la desigualdad. Nos permite tener referentes sobre cómo las mujeres siempre han trabajado, se han organizado y se han revelado ante las injusticias.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Al mismo tiempo, y centrando la mirando en el presente, durante todo el año y en cada centro de trabajo de los servicios públicos desde <span style="color: #b96ad9;"><span style="color: #843fa1;"><strong>UGT</strong></span> </span>Servicios Públicos integramos la mirada sindical y feminista para visibilizar contribuciones y conflictos que nos permitan afrontar los desafíos en materia de igualdad. Por ello, también <span style="color: #843fa1;"><strong>el 8 de marzo es hoy sindicalismo feminista</strong></span>.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Esta año a través de nuestra campaña, <strong><span style="color: #843fa1;">Trabajadoras de los Servicios Públicos. Visibles y Esenciales,</span></strong> creemos importante reconocer la presencia de trabajadoras de los servicios públicos, la distribución por sexos en las diferentes actividades, el valor social que tiene los distintos trabajos que se realizan y las medidas y mecanismos necesarios para impulsar y fortalecer unos servicios públicos feministas.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">La presencia de las mujeres avanza cada año en el conjunto de las administraciones públicas. Según el último boletín estadístico del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas, las trabajadoras son el 56,76% de la plantilla y en las CCAA el porcentaje asciende al 67,8. Sin embargo, la división sexual y la brecha salarial en nuestras AAPP son incuestionables. Hay sectores, como los de educación y sanidad, donde la presencia femenina supera el 71% y el 75%, respectivamente. Respecto a la brecha, según del Sindicato de Técnicos del Ministerio de Hacienda, <strong><span style="color: #843fa1;">para igualar el salario, las mujeres tendrían que ganar 22%, es decir, deberían cobrar de media 5.438 euros más, siendo el sanitario y servicios sociales donde se produce más brecha debido a la segregación vertical.</span></strong></span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Al mismo tiempo, es necesario señalar que sectores estratégicos para la sociedad vinculados a los cuidados se caracterizan por su precariedad: parcialidad, temporalidad, mala secuencia de los turnos y baja remuneración describen las condiciones laborales.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #843fa1;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">Urge que los poderes públicos implementen medidas transversales para poder actuar y garantizar condiciones dignas sobre el trabajo remunerado tanto para mujeres como para hombres. Al mismo tiempo, es necesario tener presente los trabajos no remunerados que condicionan la vida y condiciones laborales.</span></strong></span></p>
