<li class="v1MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">Tanto para la acreditación a TU como a CU, en los distintos bloques se indican unas puntuaciones mínimas que hay que obtener y, si en alguno de los bloques no se obtienen, el resultado de la acreditación será negativa, aunque se superen las puntuaciones ampliamente en el resto de los bloques. Aunque este hecho debe ser revisado y así lo solicitaremos, ya que no viene contemplado en la LOSU, lo que es inconcebible que las puntuaciones mínimas sean también exigidas en la inmensa mayoría de los subapartados. Esto obliga a cumplir unos mínimos (muchas veces muy difíciles de obtener o incluso inalcanzables en algunas áreas de conocimiento) que, en ocasiones, exigirían tener una puntuación mínima mayor que la puntuación mínima requerida para el bloque al que pertenece. <br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />Por ejemplo: para CU, en el bloque<span> </span><em style="box-sizing: border-box;">2.1 Experiencia docente</em><span> </span>se exige un mínimo de 25 puntos. Sin embargo, en los subapartados 2.1.1 y 2.1.2 se exigen respectivamente un mínimo de 25 y 2,5 puntos por lo que, si se tienen que conseguir esos mínimos, se obtendrá un mínimo de 27,5 puntos, que es superior al mínimo exigido en todo el bloque 2.1.  <br style="box-sizing: border-box;" /><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">CSIF solicitará que se eliminen todos los mínimos de cada bloque, principalmente los de los subapartados.</strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 11pt;"></span></li>

<li class="v1MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">En el apartado<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">1.3 Estancias en universidades y centros de investigación</strong>, tanto para la acreditación a TU como a CU, se exigen un mínimo de 10 puntos en “Estancias” mientras que la LOSU en la transitoria 5, punto 3 dice: "Quienes a la entrada en vigor de esta ley orgánica dispongan de una acreditación para Profesor/a Titular de Universidad o hubieran iniciado el trámite para su obtención o estén contratados como Profesor/a Ayudante Doctor/a, Profesores/as Colaboradores/as con carácter indefinido o Profesor/a Contratado/a Doctor/a, no tendrán que acreditar el requisito de estancias de movilidad en universidades y/o centros de investigación al que se refieren los artículos 69 y 85. Esta misma disposición será de aplicación a los Profesores/as Contratados/as Doctores/as interinos/as, así como a otros contratados temporales con acreditación para estas figuras”.</li>
