<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Os informamos que, el sábado 16 de diciembre se ha publicado en el BOE (núm. 300) la Resolución de 5 de diciembre de 2023, de la Comisión Nacional Evaluadora de la Actividad Investigadora, por la que se publican los <strong>criterios para la evaluación de la actividad investigadora.</strong></span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">La convocatoria de sexenios de investigación de 2023 es la primera tras la entrada en vigor de la Ley Orgánica 2/2023, del Sistema Universitario, y el Real Decreto 678/2023, que regula la acreditación estatal para el acceso a cuerpos docentes universitarios y concursos de acceso a plazas.</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">En esta convocatoria de sexenios de investigación, <strong>se amplía el tipo de contribuciones evaluables</strong>, permitiendo una mayor diversidad de aportaciones para su revisión. Se incluye la consideración más amplia de aportaciones "extraordinarias", según lo establecido en la Orden de 2 de diciembre de 1994 y la Orden CNU/1181/2019, de 3 de diciembre. Estas aportaciones incluyen informes, trabajos técnicos, artísticos, exposiciones, excavaciones arqueológicas y participaciones en congresos, entre otros. Se acepta la presentación de estas aportaciones en todos los campos, manteniendo la especificidad de cada disciplina científica, como parte de un proceso gradual de convergencia de criterios de evaluación según los principios de la Ley Orgánica 2/2023. En este contexto, se realiza un ajuste en la combinación de métodos cualitativos e indicadores cuantitativos para valorar las contribuciones presentadas. El objetivo es asegurar la coherencia en los criterios evaluativos en distintos procedimientos.</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Esta convocatoria se ajusta a la Ley 17/2022, de 5 de septiembre, que modifica la Ley 14/2011, de 1 de junio, de la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Innovación. El artículo 37.1 de la Ley 14/2011, tras la modificación, busca promover el acceso abierto a los resultados de investigación, incluyendo publicaciones científicas, datos, códigos y metodologías. Esto debe lograrse mediante repositorios institucionales o temáticos de acceso abierto, propios o compartidos, en línea con el fomento del acceso gratuito y libre.</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Finalmente, esta convocatoria <strong>introduce un nuevo campo: "Campo 0. Interdisciplinar y multidisciplinar"</strong>, medida que avanza en cumplimiento del artículo 11 de la Ley Orgánica 2/2023, de 22 de marzo, que fomenta las estructuras de investigación y transferencia de conocimiento e innovación, facilitando la interdisciplinariedad y multidisciplinariedad.</span></p>
