<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>AYUDAS</strong> PARA ESTANCIAS INVESTIGADORAS: nos comprometemos a impulsar ayudas para la realización de estancias investigadoras, fomentando la movilidad y la colaboración en proyectos de investigación.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">PERSONAL DE <strong>APOYO:</strong> solicitamos el incremento del personal de apoyo a la investigación, incluyendo personal de laboratorio, documentación y gestión de proyectos. Asimismo, se debe asegurar la dotación de la infraestructura básica necesaria para la investigación en todas las áreas del conocimiento.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">POLÍTICA DE <strong>INVESTIGACIÓN</strong> para grupos y jóvenes investigadores: se debe establecer una política de investigación básica dirigida a grupos y jóvenes investigadores e investigadoras, con el objetivo de garantizar que este colectivo no se quede al margen de las convocatorias competitivas.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>MOVILIDAD </strong>FINANCIADA: fomentaremos la movilidad y defenderemos el incremento del número de acciones financiadas por la Universidad de Zaragoza para la realización de estancias de investigación para el PDI.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">MAYOR NÚMERO DE<strong> BECAS </strong>predoctorales: se debe incrementar la dotación de becas predoctorales de la Universidad de Zaragoza como el primer paso hacia una carrera docente y para potenciar la atracción y retención de talento.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">MÁS <strong>CONTRATOS</strong> DE INVESTIGACIÓN: lucharemos por el incremento del número de contratos de personal investigador en formación ofertados.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>DERECHOS</strong> EQUIPARABLES al resto del PDI: trabajaremos para incluir al personal investigador en formación y otras figuras post doctorales en la relación de derechos del resto del PDI.</span></li>
</ul>
