La<span> </span></span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Disposición final décima de la LOSU establece que “En el plazo de seis meses desde la entrada en vigor de esta ley orgánica el Gobierno presentará al Congreso de los Diputados un proyecto de Ley del estatuto del personal docente e investigador universitario”.</span></p>
<p class="v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Recordamos que el Estatuto del PDI, siempre retrasado y nunca aprobado (la última propuesta seria fue del ministro de Educación Ángel Gabilondo en el 2011), afectará a más de 110.00 profesores e investigadores de universidades públicas y debe configurarse como un<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">marco normativo fundamental para establecer una carrera profesional clara y progresiva</strong>, que excluya la precariedad laboral y que promueva como fin último la calidad de la docencia, la investigación y la transferencia. También debe regular temas como el régimen del PDI, sus funciones y dedicación, su modelo salarial, su movilidad, sus procesos de selección, etc.</span></p>

Sin embargo, después de 7 meses existiendo y tras varias reuniones de trabajo,<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">Función Pública indicó que no había anclaje legal para que exista la Mesa Sectorial de Universidades.<span> </span></strong>Lo ocurrido<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">supuso para CSIF una desconsideración y un ninguneo inadmisible de Función Pública y del Ministerio de Universidades hacia el Personal Docente e Investigador</strong><span> </span>de las Universidades Públicas.</span></p>

A pesar de los reiterados anuncios del Ministerio de Universidades y de la ANECA, llevamos 5 años esperando una nueva convocatoria con<span> </span></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-weight: normal;">criterios objetivos, transparentes y bien definidos.<span> </span></span></strong><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Tampoco hay excusa para no haber creado el Sexenio de Docencia que Castells anunció a bombo y platillo.</span></strong></p>
