<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 12pt 0cm 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; background: white;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">Con la Ley Orgánica del Sistema Universitario (LOSU) el Ministerio de Universidades que preside Joan Subirats publicitaba, entre otros asuntos, pretender acabar con la precariedad del Personal Docente e Investigador, especialmente con el abuso de ciertas figuras contractuales como el Profesorado Asociado.</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"></span></p>
<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 12pt 0cm 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; background: white;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">Sin embargo, transcurridos 6 meses desde que entró en vigor el 12 de abril, la mayoría de los<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">Profesores y Profesoras Asociados</strong><span> </span>en las diferentes universidades públicas presentan una situación similar marcada por la inestabilidad, el no reconocimiento de su trabajo, la imposibilidad de acceso a la carrera académica y unas exiguas retribuciones. La mayoría de las universidades han optado por hacer una renovación temporal y retrasar al curso próximo el proceso de hacerles a los docentes, mediante concurso, un contrato LOSU indefinido. También se ha aplazado la posibilidad de poner en marcha los procesos de estabilización de Profesor Asociado doctor a la figura de Profesor Ayudante doctor.</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"></span></p>

<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 12pt 0cm 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; background: white;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">La LOSU introduce con carácter general la figura del Profesor o Profesora Sustituta -ya existían figuras similares en la Universidad del País Vasco o en las universidades andaluzas donde eran interinos- que se está intentando regular a la carrera en diferentes universidades públicas a través de acuerdos transitorios de aplicación de la LOSU. Ya se han alcanzado acuerdos, por ejemplo, en las universidades de<span> </span></span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">Valencia, Zaragoza o la Universidad Pública de Navarra. En otras como en la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha o en las universidades públicas de Madrid se encuentra en pleno proceso de negociación y, finalmente, en algunas como la Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña se han aprobado sin acuerdo de la parte social.</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"></span></p>

Ahora, gente con doctorado y experiencia docente e investigadora, estarán meses o años sustituyendo a un profesor a cambio de unos 800 euros mensuales. Esta política ya ha provocado una convocatoria de huelga el pasado 11 de octubre y no solo afectará a la calidad de la docencia (uno de cada diez profesores de la UPV es sustituto), sino que tiene importantes repercusiones en la carrera académica del profesorado universitario.</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"></span></p>
<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 12pt 0cm 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; background: white;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">Por su parte,<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">Profesores Sustitutos interinos de la Universidad de Sevilla se manifestaron ante el Rectorado criticando su precariedad laboral y lo ridículo de sus salarios<span> </span></strong>que equivalen al 60% del que percibe un profesor Titular de Universidad.<span> </span></span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">Desde CSIF pedimos que se cumplan los plazos establecidos en las convocatorias y no se dilaten 2 años para poder acceder a plazas de Ayudante Doctor y desarrollar sus carreras profesionales de manera justa y digna. En un escenario en el que la falta de profesores contratados ha obligado a suspender clases, reclamamos a la Universidad de Sevilla que<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">r</strong><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-weight: normal;">evise su política de contratación</span></strong> y de utilización abusiva de la figura del PSI.</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"></span></p>

Ya se han registrado casos en que un profesor que obtiene plaza por concurso de profesor sustituto tiene que abandonarla inmediatamente a no obtener la compatibilidad para esa figura.</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"></span></p>

La falta de compatibilidad para figuras que no sean profesores asociados es un serio problema que ya conoce la Crue y el Ministerio de Universidades que, de momento, no se ha pronunciado. Incluso, alguna universidad como la de La Rioja, está adoptando medidas excepcionales (en el certificado de horas que manda a la comunidad autónoma ponen "asimilado a profesor asociado") para solventar la compatibilidad para los profesores sustitutos.</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"></span></p>
<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 12pt 0cm 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; background: white;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">Tampoco se han escapado de problemas las nuevas bolsas de profesor sustituto en los campus de las universidades públicas catalanas.<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">En la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona<span> </span><span class="v1contentpasted0" style="box-sizing: border-box;">se han tramitado</span></strong><span class="v1contentpasted0" style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span> </span>con celeridad -aunque no con la suficiente como para evitar que, empezando el curso, faltara un cuantioso número de profesores-<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">cerca de cuatrocientos contratos</strong></span><span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">de profesorado sustituto de elevado número de créditos</strong><span> </span>y asignados a cuatro, cinco y hasta seis asignaturas. Podrán vender que hay "cuatrocientos asociados menos" pero no conseguirán esconder la explotación laboral del profesorado precario que empezó a trabajar sin firmar el contrato ni la merma de<span> </span><span class="v1contentpasted0" style="box-sizing: border-box;">la calidad de la enseñanza de la universidad pública.</span></span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"></span></p>
<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 12pt 0cm 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; background: white;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">Desde CSIF ya alertamos que la figura del Profesor Sustituto -sin financiación y sin una normativa adecuada- genera dudas y problemas y tiene el potencial riesgo de convertirse en una nueva bolsa de precariedad.</span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span> </span>Además,<span> </span></span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">la falta de profesores, los problemas en la gestión de los contratos y la escandalosa precariedad, trastoca los calendarios, posterga las prácticas e irremediablemente afecta a la calidad de la docencia.</span></p>
