<li class="v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm 0cm 9pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: black; background: white;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">El procedimiento y la concreción de los criterios publicados mediante resolución de ANECA para la obtención de la acreditación estatal de los cuerpos docentes universitarios establecidos en este RD serán aplicables a partir del 1 de abril de 2024 (disposición transitoria 1.ª.2).</span></li>

La composición de las comisiones se adaptará al nuevo RD el 1 de enero de 2024; desde esa fecha, las nuevas comisiones resolverán las solicitudes presentadas hasta el 1 de abril de 2024 con arreglo al RD 1312/2007.</span></li>

Por tanto, atendiendo a dicho punto, todo profesor que a fecha de la entrada en vigor de la LOSU estuviera contratado como PAD, CD, Colaborador o aquellos que tengan otros contratos temporales, pero estén acreditados a alguna de estas figuras, no les será requerido la estancia de movilidad. También, como se indica al principio de ese punto 3, aquellos que posean la acreditación a TU o hubiesen iniciado el trámite para obtener la acreditación, estarán exentos del requisito de la estancia de movilidad.</strong></span></p>
