<p style="caret-color: #000000; color: #000000; font-family: ArialMT; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration: none;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">Esta situación ha sido consecuencia de la aprobación de <strong>la Ley Orgánica 1/2023, de 28 de febrero, por la que se modifica la Ley Orgánica 2/2010, de 3 de marzo, de salud sexual y reproductiva y de la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo</strong> que, en su Disposición final tercera, <strong>modifica el texto refundido de la Ley General de la Seguridad Social</strong>, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 8/2015, de 30 de octubre.</span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">IT por menstruación incapacitante secundaria.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">IT por interrupción del embarazo.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">IT por gestación de la mujer trabajadora desde el día primero de la semana 39.</span></li>
