Además, el Gobierno habilitó un procedimiento extraordinario para reconocer la cotización durante dos años a todas aquellas personas que hubieran ejercido como becarios con anterioridad. No obstante, este procedimiento solo estuvo vigente unos meses y muchas personas quedaron fuera al concluir el plazo.</span></p>
<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Por eso,<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">desde CSIF reclamamos una normativa que permita reconocer la cotización a todas las personas afectadas de manera definitiva en el futuro Estatuto Becario</strong><span> </span>-que se negocia actualmente en el marco del Diálogo social- y que la ministra de Trabajo, Yolanda Díaz, cumpla con su compromiso de que el colectivo contará con un catálogo de derechos en sentido estricto, entre ellos, en el ámbito de la Seguridad Social.</span></p>

Por su parte, el Defensor del Pueblo también se ha interesado recientemente por el tema y ha informado en 2023 que<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">la Dirección General de Ordenación de la Seguridad Social estima que, tal como pide CSIF, esta reclamación se podría abordar en el ámbito de análisis y elaboración del Estatuto del Becario.</strong></span></p>
<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Por último,<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">desde CSIF exigimos al Gobierno que a partir de ahora se puedan computar todos los años de duración de la beca al colectivo afectado y que también se reconozca el tiempo trabajado en becas postdoctorales y en los contratos vinculados a proyectos de investigación.<span> </span></strong>Es decir,<strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span> </span></strong>se debe establecer un cauce normativo que posibilite un convenio especial con la Seguridad Social para el reconocimiento del tiempo trabajado a efectos de jubilación, trienios, etc., a todas aquellas personas que en su momento trabajaron con becas por las que no se pudo cotizar a la Seguridad Social.</span></p>
