Buscamos seguridad jurídica para el PDI, aclarando el régimen transitorio y permitiendo atender las exigencias de profesorado del curso 2023/2024.</span></p>

De manera que se han aprobado dos nuevas disposiciones transitorias en los siguientes términos:</span></p>

Respecto del profesorado asociado será de aplicación lo dispuesto por la disposición transitoria séptima”.</span></strong></p>

<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Lamentamos que determinados partidos no hayan atendido nuestras propuestas para mejorar la situación de los Profesores Asociados.<strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span> </span></strong></span><span class="v1v1markedcontent" style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Parece que la única salida que prevé uno de los partidos coautores de la LOSU para los profesores asociados (obviando los concursos que prevé la transitoria) es la convocatoria de plazas de ayudantes doctores o de contratos predoctorales, dependiendo de la previa obtención del título de doctor.<span> </span></span></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">CSIF</span></strong><span class="v1v1markedcontent" style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"><span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">no puede estar de acuerdo con esta interpretación aún más restrictiva de la disposición adicional séptima y expresa su apoyo a las medidas adoptadas por las asociaciones de Profesores Asociados.</strong></span></span></p>

<li class="v1MsoListParagraph" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Ceder a las agencias dependientes de las CCAA la evaluación de los profesores funcionarios, como hace la LOSU,<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">“puede generar el problema de que no haya unidad de criterio”.</strong></span></li>
<li class="v1MsoListParagraph" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Las agencias tendrán que acordar unos criterios mínimos, pero, a la hora de evaluar, no todas lo harán de la misma forma, porque evaluarán distintas personas.</span></li>
<li class="v1MsoListParagraph" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">No va a haber homogeneidad aunque se llegue a unos criterios comunes.</span></strong></li>
<li class="v1MsoListParagraph" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">La LOSU dice que en un año, la ANECA y las agencias autonómicas deben pactar convenios de colaboración.<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">Lo lógico es que sean criterios consensuados y firmados, lo que no es seguro que pase.</strong></span></li>
<li class="v1MsoListParagraph" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">El programa Docentia para evaluar la actividad docente del profesorado se llevó a las agencias autonómicas y se acordaron unos mínimos comunes, pero lo han firmado todas salvo la agencia catalana.</span></li>
