Desde el hecho de añadir una casilla nueva al día siguiente de abrirse el plazo (hecho que ocasionó la pérdida de los borradores del profesorado que había iniciado la introducción de datos en la aplicación), pasando por el fallo del tope en el tamaño de los ficheros PDF a adjuntar (no avisado a los usuarios hasta que quedaban escasos días para finalizar el plazo), hasta los mensajes del tipo “undefined” al pulsar el botón de enviar la solicitud (sin que indique cuál o cuáles de los campos son los que estaban produciendo error).</span></p>

Refiriéndose a su sede electrónica, ANECA afirma: “… procurando… la agilidad de los trámites de la ciudadanía”. Cuando una persona se identifica con su firma electrónica (que ya contiene los datos identificativos de la persona), indica su plaza y su Universidad y comunica la dirección de email y móvil donde le tienen que notificar las resoluciones, ¿de verdad que es necesario que indique todos los datos personales irrelevantes que se solicitan? ¿Es necesario o es simplemente la inercia arrastrada de muchos años realizando este mismo proceso con tecnologías diferentes?</span></p>
