Parece que ya ha quedado vista para sentencia y que<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">irá a Comisión el 13 de diciembre y a Pleno el 22</strong><span> </span>del mismo mes, día de la lotería.</span></p>

Después pasaría al Senado y habrá que ver si da tiempo en este período de sesiones pero, lo que resulta evidente, es que Subirats mantiene su apuesta de que<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">la LOSU pueda ser aprobada definitivamente el próximo mes de marzo.</strong></span></p>

De las más de 80 enmiendas transaccionales presentadas, nos agrada comprobar cómo alguna modifica -tal y como exigió CSIF- la enmienda 490 de UP-PSOE que podía expulsar de la universidad a numerosos profesores asociados. En general, mejora la enmienda (en renovación de contratos o para los asociados doctores con dedicación superior a 120 horas) aunque todo queda en futuribles “podrán” y en que pueda haber nuevos procesos de estabilización conforme a la Ley 20/2021.</span></p>
<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Otra de estas enmiendas, firmada por PSOE, Podemos, ERC, PDECat, Bildu y el PNV vuelve a<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><u style="box-sizing: border-box;">modificar las condiciones para poder ser elegido rector</u></strong>, señalando que podrán ser candidatos a rector el «personal docente e investigador permanente doctor a tiempo completo» que deberá «reunir los méritos de investigación, docencia y experiencia de gestión universitaria que determinen los estatutos». Es decir, ya podrán ser rectores o rectoras, miembros de los cuerpos docentes universitarios y, también, los contratados laborales a tiempo completo.</span></p>
