<p style="color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; font-size: 13.3333px; margin-top: 0cm; background: white;"><span><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: black;">Desde CSIF consideramos inaceptable esta enmienda. Desconocemos si pretenden ceñirse a la dedicación docente o si tienen en mente otros procesos de estabilización, pero la realidad es que su interpretación literal implica que echará de las universidades a gran parte de los profesores asociados puestos que sus plazas no se han incluido en los procesos de estabilización previstos en la Ley 20/2021 de 28 de diciembre. El sindicato señala que las universidades públicas se han opuesto de manera rotunda y unánime a introducir plazas de asociado en los procesos de estabilización. Solo existen algunas excepciones en universidades que tenían ya planes de consolidación pero que no están vinculados a la Ley 20/2021.</span></span></p>

<p style="color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; font-size: 13.3333px; margin-top: 0cm; background: white;"><span><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: black;">Para CSIF, la propuesta del PSOE y Podemos tal y como está redactada es inexplicable y provocará despidos masivos al pretender solucionar la precariedad de los profesores asociados haciendo desaparecer al colectivo que genera el problema. Los propósitos iniciales de Castells y Subirats de acabar con la precariedad de los asociados parece que pasan por su expulsión del Sistema Universitario Español y no por mejorar sus condiciones laborales, salariales y de acceso a la carrera académica universitaria.</span></span></p>
