<p class="v1rtejustify" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm 0cm 1rem; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">1º) Desde CSIF, consideramos una prioridad para el sistema español de ciencia, tecnología e innovación (SECTI) que la nueva norma -actualmente en tramitación parlamentaria en el Congreso-<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">contemple la carrera profesional para el personal técnico y de gestión</strong>, de una manera similar a la que ya reconoce la propia ley para el personal investigador. Este personal, responsable de las tareas de gestión y apoyo a los investigadores, sigue sin ver reconocida su carrera profesional en el ámbito de la Ley de la Ciencia, lo que, para CSIF, es discriminatorio.</span></p>

<p class="v1rtejustify" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm 0cm 1rem; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;">2º)<span> </span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Además, en CSIF hemos propuesto una enmienda a la futura norma en la que<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">exigimos que sea el propio Estado quien explote y se beneficie de los resultados de la actividad investigadora que se genere con personal y fondos públicos</strong>. En este sentido, creemos que el hecho de que los derechos sobre estos resultados puedan ser transferidos al sector privado, mediante el derecho privado e incluso, en algunos casos mediante adjudicación directa, perjudica seriamente los intereses públicos y priva al SECTI de posibles fuentes de financiación.</span></p>

<p class="v1rtejustify" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm 0cm 1rem; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;">3º) En CSIF a<span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">postamos por<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">garantizar financiación para las líneas de investigación con el objetivo de favorecer también la estabilidad en el empleo</strong>. Solamente así el nuevo contrato de actividades científico-técnicas que prevé la Ley será de verdad un contrato indefinido y no un contrato por obra o servicio camuflado (derogado por la Reforma Laboral).</span></p>
